Our Classes

Basic/Beginner Yoga

This class will help you build the foundations to improve your mind, body and spirit. It is designed for the beginner but is also beneficial for a seasoned practitioner looking to come back to the basics, or anyone looking for a great exercise recovery. Class is slowed down so that special attention can be paid to alignment and function in each pose. Improve your strength, balance, flexibility and range of motion while also finding relaxation and peace of mind. Props and modifications are highly encouraged to help you meet yourself where you are at so that you can experience a beneficial and supportive practice. 

Yoga Flow

Yoga flow is a style of yoga in which poses are sequenced together so that you connect with your breath to flow from one pose to another. In this class you will combine both flowing poses with static held positions to challenge your balance and strengthen your core. Class will begin with centering and breathwork before we warm up our body and continue into a vigorous flow. The flow will culminate with a relaxing cool down that leads into a meditative savasana, leaving you feeling refreshed and invigorated! Special attention will be paid to proper alignment, and modifications will be offered as needed so that this class is suitable for all levels.  .

Small Group Strength Training

Build strength and stability and confidence in a supportive small group setting designed for women’s wellness at every stage. Classes cap at 5 people to ensure you get personalized coaching while being a part of an encouraging community.

Senior Fitness

This class is designed to help improve longevity and quality of life for seniors. We focus on resistance training, low impact cardio, balance and flexibility training to help prevent falls, preserve independence and keep you doing what you love longer.
